Stunning views, own dock, sauna and boat

Our house has a stunning view and is right by the sea with its own dock. Welcome to borrow our kayak or the boat and go and discover the archipelago. This is a house for nature and sea lovers! Its immersed in nature located by the sea in a nature reserve. Its completely private but still close to the stunning old fishermans village of Grundsund where you have shops, cafés and restaurants. Our house suit both families and couples. The space This house is truly unique in that you are completely private. In early or late season you can take your morning dip in the sea or post sauna dip au naturel, You can pick mushrooms and take walks in the forest behind the house that is located in a nature reserve. You might even see a moose! You take our boat into the local shops or if you feel like a restaurant visit. You can also walk in if you prefer not to use the car - its 2 km. Its a beautiful old gravel road leading through meadows and stone walls from the 1700. Guest access If you become guests in our house you will have the house for yourself. We will however be reachable by phone or e-mail if questions come up. The house was built in the sixties but has undergone a complete renovation. It now has all utilities as washing machine, dishwasher, sauna. It has a terrace in the east for the morning sun and the western terrace for the evening barbecues. Indoors you have three bedrooms, one with a 160 cm wide bed, one with a 140 cm wide bed and one with two single 80 cm beds. One big space that includes kitchen built in 2025, with oven, stove, coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge, freezer..... We have a charming sauna outside. Take a run in the forest, have a sauna and a dip in the sea and then sit down for a drink on the west terrace while someone else barbecues - your in heaven! We have big glass doors and windows all around the house so even if you sit inside you will feel the presence of the sea. Other things to note We want our guests to enjoy the archipelago and you are welcome to use our boat, we will require a written responsibility assurance. Please note that the house is right on the water and is surrounded by deep water so consider this if you have young children. Also, you need to walk 60 meters from the parking along a footpath so it might not be ideal if you have difficulty walking, sorry.
