Chele Chele Villa is rented on an EXCLUSIVE basis with ALL Meals included and fully Staffed. The main villa, swimming pool, 3 picturesque cottages accommodate up to 14 guests. It is nestled amongst the forested slopes of Mount Meru, with sweeping views to Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru. A stylish, modernist villa, originally built in 1936 and tastefully renovated by the owners. Set on 17 acres of mature, indigenous forest and landscaped gardens. The space The 600 sq m property comfortably accommodates 14 persons in 6 bedrooms with five bathrooms. You'll enjoy the large swimming pool (14m by 5m-unfenced and without an alarm system), a 1 km footpath through the garden, is also great for jogging. Sykes monkeys, Colobus monkeys, bush bucks, forest duikers, white tailed mongoose, black tipped mongoose, bush babies and numerous species of birds frequently visit the garden. The main house is composed of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms (Not ensuite), three toilets, a living-dining area with a fireplace, a fully staffed & equipped kitchen, a study and a large covered veranda. 2 bedrooms with double beds. 1 bedroom with double bed and single bed. The three independent guest cottages are each composed of a bedroom, ensuite bathroom and a veranda. Each bedroom with double bed, one with extra single bed. The house has it own independent source of water, is equipped with solar water pump, solar heaters and an inverter power back-up system in case of power outage. Guest access The property is located 25 km from Arusha (30 minute drive), 30 km from Kilimanjaro airport (45 minute drive) which makes it an ideal location from which to organise excursions to any of the national parks in the Northern circuit, to climb Mounts Meru or Kilimanjaro or to enjoy the Nduruma Polo and Country Club and the adjacent golf course. The property is situated 3 km from the main paved road. The house is fully staffed with a cook/housemaid, gardeners and security guards. Wireless internet is provided. Should you require a car, a driver, airport transfers, safaris, these can also be arranged at an extra cost. Other things to note Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner are included in the overnight cost.
