A Traditional Northern Wooden House (3 bedrooms+toilet+living room+kitchen) with a simply basic decoration in a nice and peaceful private farmland near mountains and reservoir. It's surrounded by local farmer's houses, seasoning fruits, vegetable and rice fields. The space If you are looking for a unique Northern Thai Lifestyle, you may like our place. At Motherland Farmstay, we have a 30s year old Northern Thai House is unique because of its location and style. It located near mountains in a rural area (that is quickly and easily accessible by bus, car & motorbike from other provinces) and set amid a family farm. Our guests receive the opportunity to get a taste of real rural Thai lifestyle or "SLOW LIFE" while some local amenities are provided and their own relaxed living space and simply kitchen and bathroom. The house has 3 bedrooms with a shared-toilet (1,000 B/Night/Room/2 Persons). So guests who rent only one bedroom while other rent another two bedrooms, both all still have to share the living space as well as toilet and kitchen. PRIVATE ROOM RENTING is always acceptable and welcome for a couple or friends who are looking for this type of experience at our place. If there is nobody reserves on the same dates, then the entire house will belong to you during those dates. Our backyard has seasoning fruits all year round, you are welcome to try them. If you are ready to explore the farm which is quite big for walking around or doing a daytime activities in the farm, come to join us. Please SEPARATE your trash for us! As we try to not use plastics at the farm as much as possible. So it would be awesome to separate all your trash for us into Glass, Plastic, etc. It will help us to save the world :) Bonfire is available here! If you have a plan to do BBQ under the stars, let us know. Bicycles are available for guests, check with owner when you arrive. Guest access 1. Reserved 2 persons per room per night. 2. Only a baby/child under 3 yrs old is allowed to stay with parents for free of charge per room. 3.In case traveling with children, parents can rent another room for children. We have limited space in each bedroom, and no Extra Bed. Keeping the bed clean from any kind of dirt is necessary required. NO FOOD ALLOWED IN BED! If yes, you will have a problem with ants while sleeping. 4. Refrigerator, toaster, microwave are provided. 5. We provided shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Remarks: - The room is suited for 2 PERSONS ONLY as we use a fixed mosquito net in each room. - Minimum 1 Night Booking is required. If you plan to stay longer, then let us know ASAP then pay in cash for the rest. During your stay Beyond providing the basics, we interact with our guests as much they wish to interact. Either way, Northern Thailand is known for its relaxed and friendly people. We likewise treat our guests as family to our home. So guests will have their own space here without any interrupting if not necessary. Other things to note At our land, we built a few of mud houses and some small construction (sometimes). If you are looking to find some interesting activities to do while staying here, you are welcome to join for those new experience (check with owner).
