Charming Spanish Finca in beautiful nature

My place is nestled in between the small local Spanish villages of Monda and Guaro. Walking distance (1km) to Guaro and 3km from Monda. Great little local villages with tapas bars and weekly local farmer markets. You’ll love my place because of the beautiful outdoors space. 10.000 sqm property with a private soccer pitch, pool, trampoline, a hidden tree house and a beautiful gazebo. 25 minutes drive from Marbella. My place is good for families (with kids). The space The old part of the house is from 1907 and is full of charm and small details. There are 2 rooms and a bathroom in this part of the house, as well as a TV room. One room has a double bed. The other room has a couch that pulls out to a double bed. The newer part of the house contains the living room and kitchen. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a beautiful view over the hills, the village of Monda and the castle. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and rain-shower and a seperate small toilet. There is one childrens room with a double bed on this floor and another childrens room on the top floor with two single beds. The house is nestled in the beautiful mountains of the national park "Sierre de las Nieves", 25 minutes north of Marbella. There are two small, typical Spanish white villages nearby - Monda and Guaro. Guaro is walking distance (1km) and Monda is 3 km away. There are local tapas bars a butcher, bakery and local fish dealer. The house is on a 10.000 sqm property full of almond and olive trees as well as some lemons, oranges, avocados, figs and mangoes. We have a vegetable garden and you can help yourselves to whatever is in season. Note: Lucky and Mittens, the cats, live here as well. They will be fed by the gartner and you can choose to let them inside or leave them outside. Guest access You will have the entire property to yourselves. This includes the private pool, private soccer pitch, trampoline and gazebo.
