Few residents here and there, occupied with their seasonal agricultural work represent the authentic Zante countryside. The island’s capital, Zante town and the famous beach of Laganas are less than a twenty-minute drive away. The village centre is a heavenly location for endless walks hand in hand, where you can find basic necessities like a convenience store and a small restaurant. Guest access Practically in the centre of the beautiful Ionian island, Vougiato is a low-key village in Zante, still holding old traditions and keeping a slow pace.
