Nikol House, lovely family home Fragata Kefalonia

Kefalonia is an amazing island with stunning clear waters and defining mount Aenos. In the valley of Omala, only 15’ from Argostoli, next to St. Gerasimos monastery and the robola vineyards, our lovely family home will host your family and friends. A valley blessed by nature and tradition, with a cheerful and colorful wine festival in August and much more, we live in an amazing place. Our home will provide you a comfortable and affordable base to experience Kefalonia to its fullest. The space Nikol's House is a two level apartment on the first floor of our family home building. It has one bedroom, the living room, one bathroom and an interior loft with two more beds. It can comfortably host up to 5 guests and is best suited for families. It has a balcony up front and another larger patio in the back that provide great view of the mountain and the vineyards valley. The bedroom has a large double bed and a big wardrobe for your clothes. The loft has two more beds, another double and a single. The living room has the TV and a 3 seat sofa. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for preparing any meal. It has a full size stove/oven and refrigerator, toaster, kettle and coffee maker, all essential pots, pans, tools and utensils. There is also a washing machine available. All areas of the house are fully air conditioned. All in all this is a home made available from our family to yours. Guest access You will have full private access to the entire apartment and balconies. Our family lives also in another apartment of the building so we will be there to assist you if needed. Our garden is open and feel free to walk down if you want. There is parking space available on the street in front of the house and within the property. However the driveway to our parking space can prove difficult for smaller rental cars and we advise parking on the street if you use such a vehicle. Other things to note You will need to climb stairs. Both to get to the apartment and inside if you need to use the extra beds in the loft area. Registration details 00001161590
