Granny flat. 2 bedrooms and huge living area. Suitable for longer stays and of course short stays. During Covid to comply with onerous cleaning requirements and AirBNB turnaround restrictions we have had to charge a cleaning fee, sorry about that but it is for your benefit. The space This is my granny flat. It is about 110 metres square. 2 bedrooms huge living area lounge area dining and kitchen. There is a billiard table and bar but they are not for guests use. The listing says entire. I can’t change that. What you have is exclusive use of the area. We do not enter it Note if you are booking for 2 guests then the second bedroom with bunk beds is not included. If it is accessed there is a cleaning fee which will be back charged The flat has 2 TV’s one is in the bunk room and has free to air TV and a hard drive with some movies on it. The theatre area has chromecast and one day I will reconnect the surround sound. We could live there it is so nice but well we live upstairs it is nicer. Note I had a bad review because apparently in the second room the bunk beds were uncomfortable???? and the TV and Air Conditioner did not work. It is amazing because it was never mentioned and I walked in when I read the review and turned them both on and they immediately worked. See my other listing for 4 people upstairs it is not totally independent but close Guest access Access is to the downstairs flat. Not my huge garage nor the billiard table. Laundry is permitted but by arrangement no fee If long term you will need your own powder etc but once of is complimentary Other things to note Parking is not undercover (sorry) please park to the side of the driveways. It is suggested you do not park under the tree in the centre of the front yard The flat is underneath the house. The house is my family’s farm house. It is not modern but it is spacious neat and pleasant. It has frosted glass for privacy all rooms have blinds and screened
