The house has open plan living, is modern in design and light and airy in feel, All whilst retaining the unique and quirky attributes of an old coastal heritage beach house. New outdoor dining area with a circular heated plunge pool. A stones throw away from the beach and 500m to town, this house will place you in the heart of byron. The space Located on Shirley St in Byron Bay, this house is filled with all amenities you may need for your trip allowing you to pack less. Drifters is across the road from Belongil and Main Beaches and 500 m to the centre of town, taking an easy 5-minute walk. There is a large gated yard allowing the kids to run free outside. Portable cot and high chair available on request. The house comprises two king bedrooms, one smaller double room, and one bunk room which is a converted sunroom and doesn’t fully close off. This room opens out to another deck with the hanging chair. There are two bathrooms, both with a shower and toilet, the second also includes a washer and dryer. Also including the heated plunge pool which in winter (June – August) gets heated to 36 degrees so it turns into a hot tub!! Outdoor dining area that seats 8 people and guests have access to a Weber BBQ and an outdoor shower also. Featuring air conditioning in the living room and fans in all bedrooms. Turkish towels are provided for the pool or beach. You can park inside the property and close the electric gate for privacy and ease. Space for two cars. Once you’ve arrived, there’s no need to drive, everything you need is within a 5–10 minute walk. Guest access The entire house, yard and pool is yours to enjoy. Other things to note The driveway to the house is on Milton street. There is room for two cars in the gated driveway and also free parking on the street. The house is located on the main st heading into town so car noise can be heard. There is a strict no party policy and no noise after 10pm.
