A gite of 100 m2 in a quiet area in the middle of nature. A large and beautiful garden and a secured pool (not heated and to share with ou guests from our 2 others cottages). Fully equipped for children and families. Free private parking. 30 minutes of beaches as Mechers. Private terrace and barbecue. The space A living room of about 70 m2, three sofas in the living room (one of which can be converted into a double bed), a TV with free programs from the UK, as well as French TV, Netflix and Youtube. A DVD player and lots of books and toys for children as well as many DVD movies for adults and children. Free wifi internet access 4g. Guest access Accommodation with private terrace (garden furniture, BBQ) not overlooked with access to the garden and bicycle storage. Other things to note A deposit of 300 euros will be asked for and will be returned to you after the inventory of fixtures has been carried out together. It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the gîte.
