A whole private log house in a quiet residential area of Otofuke, Tokachi. Enjoy Tokachi's magnificent nature all year: garden BBQ and nearby golf in summer, wood-stove evenings with day trips to Nukabira Onsen or Saphoro Ski Resort in winter, and fresh green leaves against snow-capped Hidaka Mountains in spring. IG: @Komaba_Lodge The space 【Bedrooms & Bedding】 4 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds — 8 beds in total. 【Living / Dining】 The spacious interior lets you feel the warmth of natural wood unique to a log house. A relaxing space for families and groups. 【Kitchen】 Seasonings, cookware, dishware, cutlery, rice cooker, microwave, refrigerator, a clay pot (donabe), and a portable gas stove are all provided. Please note that the fish-grill burner cannot be used, for fire-safety reasons. 【Bathroom】 A full bathroom with a bathtub. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and towels (100% cotton) are provided free of charge. ※ Toothbrushes are provided for each guest, but towels and linens are not exchanged during your stay. 【Other Features】 A washing machine and iron are available. Laundry detergent and a drying rack can also be used. 【About BBQ】 ・Available: May 1 – October 15, until 21:00. Please contact us in advance if you plan to use the BBQ. ※ If you'd like to borrow BBQ equipment, please let us know at least 2 days in advance. ★ BBQ Pricing ① Full BBQ set (equipment + waste disposal included): ¥6,000 ② Renting individual items: grill ¥3,000, charcoal (3kg) ¥500, net (300×400) ¥600, set of tongs, chairs (up to 8 people), firestarters, lighter, lantern, gloves, and fan ¥600, chairs ¥600. A special cleaning fee of ¥1,300 applies in addition to the above when renting individual items. ③ If you bring your own equipment: a special cleaning fee of ¥1,300 applies. ※ Open fires are not permitted. Firewood is for the wood stove (heating) only and may not be used for BBQ. 【Parking】 Parking for up to 4 vehicles. Free parking is available on-site. 【Access】 About 10 minutes by car from the Otofuke-Obihiro Interchange on the Do-Tō Expressway. The route uses major roads, so even first-time visitors can find it easily. 【Check-in / Check-out】 Check-in: 15:00–23:00 Check-out: by 10:00 Self check-in — keys are provided via a key box. Detailed instructions will be sent by message after booking. 【Nearby Info / Supermarkets】 Located in a residential area with limited public transportation, so we recommend arriving by car. ・A-Coop Otofuke: 8 min by car ・7-Eleven Otofuke Shindori 1-chome: 8 min by car There are no restaurants, supermarkets, or convenience stores immediately nearby, but a short drive away you can enjoy Tokachi specialties such as Obihiro's famous pork bowl (butadon). We recommend doing your everyday shopping in central Otofuke (toward the Otofuke-Obihiro IC) or in Obihiro city. Guest access Since our place is your home during your stay in Hokkaido, you can freely use everything in the room. Other things to note Since this is a whole-building rental, you won't have contact with other guests. It's also available for parties and events.
