The location of the house is exceptional. At 300 meters above the largest beach in Istria in MOŠĆENIČKA DRAGA lies our renovated house with a view over the entire Kvarner Bay - sea and islands as far as the eye can see. In 5 minutes you are in the town center or right on the beach with culinary highlights such as food right by the sea or you can stroll along the promenade with an ice cream! Vacation that leaves nothing to be desired and who hasn't had enough... The space The building is spread over two floors and has a spacious kitchen, dining area and a cozy area with fireplace and seating on the lower floor. In addition, on the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a balcony as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. Outside there is a courtyard with barbecue facilities and a small outdoor pool. The upper floor has a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200). There is also a bathroom with shower, a sofa bed with TV corner and a large terrace with stunning views on the upper floor.
