The house is located at the south end of Lake Willoughby, nestled between Mt. Pisgah and Mt. Hor with access to multiple trails for hiking. We are located 11 miles from Kingdom Trails. There is a dock across the road for easy access to put in kayaks and paddle boards. The Lake is a crystal clear glacial lake stocked with fish. The summer of 2026 there will be construction going on next-door to the house. The house is located next to the State Forest so there may be wildlife on the property The space With over 10 acres of land, there is plenty of parking on the property, which makes it convenient for bike or boat trailers. There is a dock located across from the driveway, which provides easy access for kayaks and paddleboards. White Caps Campground is located next to this lake house that rents paddleboards and kayaks. The store prepares food and has some groceries. There is a mountain bike trail in Burke that is only about 10 miles away. Great dining is available within 10 miles of this property. The kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms, and living room are all on one floor. It has recently been renovated. Guest access This rental property is the main house. There is a deck with a grill, table and chairs. Down below there is a fire pit and large lawn area. A camper is on the premises that gives privacy to the fire pit. If you have extra company you could also rent. There’s a dock for loading of paddle boards and kayaks into the lake right across the road. Just down the road is a state boat launch. Other things to note The owners apartment is connected to the house. The owners may be there when the house is rented out. The entrance and parking is separate. During the spring and fall, there may be an issue with lady bugs or flies. We do have the house sprayed, but we can't guarantee that there might be a bad season. There is a camper with a queen bed on the property that can be rented for an additional cost. Next door is the White Caps Campgroundround that has paddle boards and kayaks for rent.
