On Lake Tenkiller nestled in the woods. Half mile from Carlisle Cove with boat ramp and parking and short drive to Cookson Bend Marina and The Deck (music, food and drinks). Plenty space to park your boat. Enjoy fishing, boating or float the Illinois river in Tahlequah. Unit has refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee & machine, toaster oven, TV and DVD player & movies. No cable tv though. King bed & pull out queen sofa bed. Outside there is a charcoal grill (bring charcoal) and a picnic table. The space The unit does have a private entrance and is not connected to our house so you can come as go as you like. Plenty of room to park your boat. Our property does back up to the lake but we are on a ridge so you can't walk down very easy. Nice lake view in the fall but not as easy to see in the spring with trees in full bloom. Carlisle Cove boat ramp is 1/2 mile from the house. Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind in the apartment. We have provided an ashtray outside for your convenience. Guest access Feel free to roam around the property. We have a charcoal grill that you can use (bring charcoal) and a table and four chairs that are outside you can eat at. Other things to note The unit has a TV and DVD player and maybe 20 movies but we have no cable TV or internet. There is a cell booster so most cell phones do work in the unit. If you have a hot spot on your phone you can connect to tv to get Netflix. Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind in the apartment. We have provided an ashtray outside for your convenience. When checking out please place all towels and bed linens used in the hamper in the apartment. We are a half mile from Carlisle Cove which is a great place to launch your boat and park truck and trailer. If rented as long term rental then I can make access available to washer and dryer use inside house.
