Rustic Farmhouse in the Prosecco Hills n 3

The Le Spezie agriturismo is located among the Prosecco hills, which are part of the UNESCO World Heritage. The family farm grows Prosecco grapes in the famous D.O.C.G. area, fruit trees and a 3-acre forest (we are a certified training farm). The ancient farmhouse has 4 independent apartments (a total of 16 beds, 9 rooms, 6 bathrooms). The large garden has benches and tables for outdoor dining. Children's toys, swings and a nice wooden house. Dogs, cats, hens and 1 donkey. The space The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 3 adults and one child under 5 years of age. It is simply furnished, with rustic elements. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (immersion blender, toaster, American coffee maker, electric juicer). There are radiators in all rooms. There are mosquito nets on all windows. The air conditioner is only in the living room, which also cools 2 bedrooms. From each window there is a beautiful view of the large garden on one side and the Prosecco hills and mountains on the other. Other things to note The tourist residence tax of 1 € / day / person, which applies to a maximum of 5 consecutive days for adults (free for children under 14 years of age), is not included in the price and must be paid upon arrival. Bed linen and towel change 15 € / person. We don't live in the farmhouse, we live 6 km away. The air conditioner is only in the kitchen-living room and cools the 2 bedrooms from there.
