The space Our furnished apartments are located in Esvres sur Indre, a small town in Touraine, in the Centre-Val de Loire, 12 km from Tours. The listing is located 2 km from the village of Esvres. The accommodation is classified as "3* Tourist Furnished" for 8 people. In the east wing of a building built in 1881, the accommodation occupies the old house completely renovated in 2019 with an area of 130 m2. In the West wing, it houses another 5-person cottage (old barn) that you will also find on the Airbnb site, under the title "Meublé Tourisme 3* cœur des châteaux de la Loire" Our accommodations are non-smoking (ashtray outside only) Parties are not allowed in the cottage The accommodation does not have an electric car charging station, and it is strictly forbidden to plug your vehicle into the house's power supply. No pets allowed. The furnished accommodation offers you a spacious space including: ON THE GROUND FLOOR: - A fully equipped and furnished kitchen open to the living room for a total of about 50 m2 (4-burner glass-ceramic hob, oven, microwave, mini fridge, Philips l'Or Barista coffee maker, a regular coffee maker for ground coffee, a kettle and a toaster) In the living room area, a TV, a round table and 8 chairs, velvet corner sofa and large matching ottoman - A bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a wall-mounted TV as well as a shower area and a sink - A small laundry room with a washer-dryer, an American fridge (water and ice cubes) - A toilet Upstairs: - 3 bedrooms including: one bedroom with a 140 cm bed (2 people) another bedroom with 140 cm bed and wall-mounted TV and the last, small children's room, 80 cm bed (1 person) convertible into a 160 cm bed (2 people) with some toys and games for kids - A large and beautiful bathroom with 120 cm shower, 2-bowl vanity, and a Balneo bathtub. - a toilet Outside: - your private garden From the sunny days until the beginning of autumn, garden furniture (a table and 8 chairs), parasol and a barbecue are at your disposal in your private garden (you supply the charcoal), 2 sun loungers and a swing set (swings with small slide) only for your children The garden is not fenced on all 4 sides, open garden. - Shared garden: On the wooded land in front of the cottages there is a ping pong table, a trampoline and a swing that are shared by the two tourist furnished apartments. You can also find games only for the little ones (from 3 to 5 years old). This is the only place shared between the two tourist accommodations. Each accommodation has its own private garden. The accommodation does not have a garage. Guests can park their vehicle in front of the house, possibility to park three vehicles. Provided: - Fitted sheet, duvet cover and pillowcase(s) per bed occupied. - one towel and one washcloth per person - two kitchen towels and two hand towels - four rolls of toilet paper - one roll of paper towels - a few dishwasher tablets - two kitchen trash bags You will also find in the kitchen some coffee pods and some tea bags, sugar cubes, salt and pepper, some spices, oil and vinegar.
