A quiet country setting in North East MD..located on a 7 acre horse farm with easy access to I95. Enjoy all the serenity of the country yet close to the shopping, marinas, and within 50 mile access to Baltimore, Wilmington and Philadelphia. The property is also within 30 minutes of Fair Hill Natural Resources Area with 5,500+acres and 80+ miles of trails for hiking, biking, and beautiful scenery. Pets are allowed. A pet (dog/cat) fee of $5/night/pet will be requested the day of your arrival. The space Ample parking available Guest access Guests will enter through the back door where there is a lock box. I will send the code the day of your arrival. prior to 4pm. Motion lights at the sliding door, where the parking area is, and at the back door provide visibility after dark. We reside in the house across the driveway from the cottage and enjoy meeting guests and are available for any questions. Other things to note Wifi strength - Download speed test results showed 88.2, 84.9, and 85.8 and upload speeds of 21.8, 22.9, and 21.5. Three runs done for consistency. "At this speed the device should have no problem with send/receive emails, streaming HD videos, speedy downloads, browse the internet, and stream 4K videos" Please keep exterior doors closed to prevent air conditioning or heating of the outdoors. Also to minimize flies and other bugs from entering in the warmer months. There is a Keurig and a drip coffee maker available. One K-cup per guest is provided (5 in various flavors) in the drawer next to the refrigerator. Other than that, guests provide their own. BYO for drip coffee maker. Pets - $5/pet/night.
