Central apartment in Lund

Our newly upgraded studio apartment is rented out in July in anticipation of a new tenant. Located in a quiet and very central neighborhood. Suitable for a small family, couple, etc. who want to visit Kristiansand at its best. The apartment has simple furnishings, and has, among other things, a TV that is available for connection to a PC or similar. The space The apartment is located below ground level and facing the garden. There are large windows and plenty of light. A quick walk away, it is possible to seek scenic views in Bertesbukta. Guest access It is very easy to get around on foot in the neighborhood, and there are plenty of parking options. Other things to note We expect our guests to provide basic items such as bed linen and towels, but we offer some basic items such as cleaning supplies and toilet paper. Please note that we rent out our rental unit in our home, and that we live in the majority of the home. If desired, the garden and common playground/outdoor area for the residential units can be used by tenants.
