Signal Ridge Cottage is a renovated and modern little cottage, located on a working dairy farm 14km from Matamata. Neighbouring Hobbiton, and with beautiful views of the Kaimai Ranges, we have all you need for comfort away from home. Enjoy the toast, cereal, yoghurt, eggs, fruit and milk provided for your breakfast during your stay as well as complimentary tea and coffee. There is a fully equipped kitchen and laundry with washer and dryer for your use. The space Signal Ridge: Our lovely cottage in situated on our dairy farm, next to the Hobbiton Movie Set. We overlook a beautiful valley, and you will have a stunning view of the Kaimai Ranges from the deck off the lounge. The cottage has been tastefully renovated with a modern kitchen, bathroom and full laundry for your use. There is a spacious lounge with TV, including Freeview and there is WiFi for your use. The dining table seats six, to sit and enjoy a meal at. You will have 3 bedrooms, 2 being of a pretty good size and furnished with a King size bed and a wardrobe in each. The third room is a smaller room, with two king single beds in it. ***Please note that we do have a second BnB on the farm for those looking for additional accomodation. The garage is not available to guests. Other things to note Please not that there is NO SMOKING OR VAPING in our home. Please don’t park vehicles on the grass in our section. Please remove shoes in the house. There is plenty of parking on the driveway entrance.
