Large exclusive residence near the historic town of Pau. The Tour de France is often held here and passes about 30 meters from the property. There is a short distance to the Pyrenees and Col de Tourmalet, lake and sea with miles of white beaches and wine areas. Well suited for families or an adult group of friends who want an experience with vineyards, bike tours and historical experiences. There are several centers in the neighborhood for horse enthusiasts or you can just have a lazy holiday. Peaceful and private! The space Villa in a small village. Sunny location close to all amenities, warm summer days by the pool or bike rides with varied beautiful terrain. Close to the sea and coast, mountains (Pyrenees) and vineyards. 1.5 hours south of Bordeaux or Toulouse, 30 minutes from Lourdes, 45 minutes from the coast (Bayonne/Biarritz), 1.5 hours to San Sebastian, (Spain) and 50 minutes from mountain tours and ski slopes. 15 minutes from Pau. Airports: Pau Pyrenees, Tarbes/Lourdes, Toulouse, Bordeaux, Biarritz. Equestrian sports are popular in the area. The owner reserves a small storage room in the attic and garage and otherwise private areas are marked "Private". Otherwise, the house is at your full disposal!
