Lots of art & culture, hiking & outdoor activities, shopping & restaurants a short drive away. A separate entrance will take you to this hidden gem with 2 private bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen-sized bed. Linens and towels (and coffee & tea!) provided for each guest. New flooring, kitchen, paint, and furniture for 2022. A fully stocked kitchen (you provide food!) will round out your experience. Private living room, full kitchen (oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, dishes, utensils, pots & pans), a breakfast nook with seating for four, and a full bath are available to your party. A separate entrance in back of this house will take you to this private apartment that is entirely for you. Typically, the homeowners will be available to answer any questions and help you with your needs. This is a beautiful, tree-lined street, walkable, bike-ridable, and on a bus route. Plenty of on-street parking is available. Town, the stadium, and the nearest grocery are all less than 2 miles away. Uber/Lyft is quick here. There is a bus stop on University drive less than a block away. This is a private apartment under the main living area of a family home. It's great for a weekend and the outside space, which is shared with homeowners, really expands the apartment. Please contact hosts if you would like to arrange something more than a week. This is not a party space, since this is a shared home, and we ask for guests to be on the quieter side after 11pm, but we can be flexible with prior communication.
