Bright beachfront apartment just 50 meters from the sea. The apartment has been almost completely renovated and consists of a large double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a large living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom and two terraces with sea views. Obviously, you can find everything nearby: bars, restaurants, markets, swimming pool, equipped beach, free beach or with access for animals... you are in Rimini! The space It's part of the apartment I lived in until a few years ago with my husband, two children and three cats. When I left it, I decided to renovate it almost completely and now it is finally ready for Airbnb guests, so you will enter a practically new home! It is on the third floor of a condominium with a full sea view, a special feature also for Rimini, accustomed to hotels in the front row that usually block the view. The apartment has bedrooms with air conditioning, but during the day you will never use it because even on the hottest days it always blows from the sea a very pleasant breeze, which you can enjoy from the terrace; if you are early - or really nights!- you will witness spectacular sunrises, and at certain times of the year at the rising of the full moon from the sea. The apartment does not have a private parking space, but in the summer months I provide a pass for a free parking space in the Chiabrera parking lot, not far from the house. For those traveling with animals, in front of the house there are several lifeguards where you can go with your dog. For those arriving by train, bus 11 connects the station at home (the stop is no. 21, and is right in front of the building), and, if you want, you can get to Riccione with the same bus. Nearby is the stop for the new Metromare, a kind of surface metro that connects Rimini station to Riccione. It's super convenient to get to the fair without using the car. Casa Saraghina is at the Toscanini stop. Also within walking distance is the bus stop for the bus that goes to S. Marino, or to the amusement parks, and about 1 km away there is a large shopping center, Le Befane, if you want to do some shopping or go to the cinema.
