:) Book x1 bed (up or down) in a bunkbed in our Hello House Hostel Shared mixed 4 Person Dormitory Rooms. Bed in a dorm assigned by host on arrival. No visitors / No parties. House rules apply. 3 night minimum 31 night maximum per booking. 15 min walk uphill from city bus station San Telmo. Amazing views. Check-in time with hosts by appointment only! Kitchen, bathrooms etc shared areas Welcome small families, students and tourists :) The space :) Our Hello House Hostel bunkbeds are IKEA models and they have a single upper bed and single lower bed space per bunkbed. Maximum weight permitted per bed is 99kgs ( 220lbs ) per bed in our dormitory bunkbeds. Each bed space(upper or lower bed) is 200cm length by 90cm width. Only a single guest is permitted per bed under these conditions. We will not be able to accommodate you if you are over the weight conditions for the bed. If you are taller then the length of the bed but under the weight limit you are welcome to book just please note that it may not be as comfortable and we can not extend the bed length. You as a guest are assigned an available bed in a bunkbed (up or down) in one of our 4 person mixed dormitory rooms by the host at check-in. We do receive many requests for a female only dormitory room in our Shared mixed 4 person dormitory rooms (2 bunkbeds per dormitory room). We are not permitted to discriminate based on gender so we can not promise a female only dormitory room for part or all of your stay however hosts will try to make it happen if possible when under request. Our home / hostel currently lists spaces in x3 Dormitories with x 2 Bunkbeds per dormitory (4 beds per room total in dormitories) and x3 Private Rooms. You will be booking a single bed(s) in a shared mixed dormitory room under this listing. A dorm room is made private only for a booking for a group of 4. Space can be limited so inquire & book early to secure the best price and space needed for yourself or your group. if you make a request for female only we do make effort to ensure it is possible if possible at the time of request. Lower bed only is possible with advance notice and legitimate medical concern provided in writing via your Airbnb booking. Please make any requests for preferences early to hosts via Airbnb message under your booking. We can make accommodations for legitimate health concerns regarding upper or lower bed in a bunkbed. Guests may be asked to switch beds to make room for someone requiring a lower bed for their health. South Terrace, 1st and 2nd Floor Lounges, Hostel Kitchen and their bedrooms / bed spaces. The kitchen and roof terrace area are off limits during quiet times. Laundry Room access is limited to those who have arranged access with Hosts and have paid applicable fees for use. Hosts living area is off limits as is the North Roof Terrace, Garage Area (unless permission) North Stairwell and Hosts areas. Other things to note :) Guests are asked to respectfully use water and electricity, clean & share common spaces, observe our house rules and of course have fun & use common sense during their stay. Please note that our home was first constructed in 1952. It was purchased it in 2019 with the plan to develop it into a wonderful hostel. We have done major reforms to the interior to bring it up to code and as well to allow for the piping for city water to flow at high pressure direct to our taps. Do take a look at our many photos to know our home. We are always in the process of upgrading our home to keep it comfortable, safe and welcoming. And yes we do plan to repaint the outside of the house in the near future. Thanks to having wonderful guests we are able to improve our home and facilities almost daily. We always welcome suggestions and ideas too. If we may be doing construction during your stay; barring any emergency repairs; we conduct any construction activities according to the neighborhoods siesta schedule. Monday through Saturday construction is between hours of 10am - 2pm and again from 5pm - 8pm . Sunday is a day of rest for our neighborhood so we as well observe no construction during Sundays. As well we try to paint during periods when guests are out of the house to keep fume exposures to a minimum. Wifi is free, with no password, and available throughout the house. The Wifi sometimes suffers, especially when it rains, as the islands infrastructure is just is not built for rain. Same for the power supply. Please bear with us if the Wifi / power cuts out, we will get it back on as soon as possible. We are lucky that heavy rains are rare. Instant Coffee and Hot Chocolate are provided free for guests to prepare and enjoy in our kitchen. We hope you will come to stay with us and thank you in advance for coming. The house is great with lots of spaces, the rooms and beds are super comfortable and outside your room the shared areas like our lounges and roof terrace with beautiful ocean, mountain & city views are there relax in too.
