Here you can immerse yourself in nature, among woods and trails. Perfect for those seeking peace or outdoor sports. It is only 10/15 minutes by car from Lake Como, where you will find beaches and water sports. The space Located on the ground floor, our apartment is a welcoming and functional retreat. You'll appreciate the spacious, fully-equipped kitchen and the large bathroom with shower. The master bedroom, with a priceless view of Lake Como, will give you moments of pure relaxation. The furnishings are simple and essential, designed to offer you maximum comfort. The accommodation can accommodate up to 6 people using the additional quadruple room. It can only be reached on foot, along a characteristic paved street of about 50 metres. You will find a public car park about 150 metres away and public transport in the immediate vicinity. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are NOT included. Please bring your own sheets (especially top sheet and fitted sheet) and towels for the entire stay. If you can't bring them, don't worry. You can request the necessary kits at an additional cost, to be paid through the Airbnb platform: - Double bed sheet kit: €30 - Single bed sheet kit: €15 - Towel set (per person): €5 Pillows and blankets are provided free of charge. Mattress sizes: Double: 160x190 cm Single: 80x190 cm Any check-in or check-out times other than the standard ones must be agreed and approved in advance. Unauthorised late check-out will incur an additional charge of €40 for each hour of delay. A camping cot, baby carrier and high chair are available free of charge upon reservation. Cleaning and Sanitisation: We guarantee the complete sanitisation of all rooms, furnishings and linen before each arrival. It is forbidden to use the fireplace for heating. The use of the pellet stove will be mandatory in case of need. For bookings that exceed 30 days, Italian law requires the signing of a tourist lease agreement.
