This dream villa could soon become the home for your unforgettable vacation. We have completely renovated the villa "El Capitano" from the ground up. The villa is located on a 1,450 m² property on the scenic south coast of Mallorca, right on the cliffs of Cala Pi, in a prime waterfront location. You will be delighted by the wonderful 180-degree view of the sea and Cabrera Island. Enjoy the sunset on the sun swing between Mediterranean columns. The stunning bay with crystal-clear water, restaurants and even the small supermarket are just a few minutes' walk away. A beautiful, tropical, spacious Mediterranean garden with cacti, orange, fig and lemon trees, as well as many other Mediterranean plants, has been created around the house. You will also love the large pool (16 x 4 m) with its beautiful view of the sea and Cabrera Island, as well as the outdoor shower for your exclusive use. Safe entry is via wide steps that transition into a bench. (An emergency life ring is located by the pool.) You can relax on teak loungers with comfortable cushions. El Capitano can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In total, Villa Capitano has 220 m² of living space and 280 m² of usable terrace space. For cooler evenings in the shoulder seasons, we are happy to provide a decorative gas heater. During the renovation, quality was always a priority, and branded products from Zeyko, Duravit, Hansgrohe and Kare were used. To make the house usable year-round, oil heating, air conditioning, and ceiling fans were installed on both floors. From now on, two bikes are ready for you at "El Capitano," so you can conveniently pick up your bread rolls at the supermarket in the morning. So that you can enjoy the beautiful large pool even in the shoulder seasons, a pool heater is at your disposal.
