The villa provides a swimming pool and verandas with a unique view to the Apokoronas area, as well as a private parking area. The bedrooms are on the ground floor, accessible to the pool we know you all love! The space The ground floor features two double bedrooms, one children’s bedroom and two bathrooms. The upper floor, with an open plan dining space, consists of a spacious living room with fireplace, one WC room and a modern fully-equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator, an electric oven and cooktop, a dishwashing machine and a dining table. Moreover, it has a spacious veranda with a gorgeous mountain view. What makes the room unique is the access to the pool from your private bedrooms. It is both practical and cozy to wake up and find yourselves into the pool at no time at all! It combines the green of the mountainas and the blue of the pool in such magical views!nAlso, all paintings are handmade by the owner, Rena, and that brings a personal character into the space. The villa was built in 2008 and is available for bookings all year round. The property is set on 1300 square metres private grounds and includes a private swimming pool (40m2 (0.70-1.40 deep)) and parking area within the villa. The privately owned property is surrounded by olive groves and local fauna and is only 5 minutes away from the nearest beach (Kalami) which has stunning views of Souda Bay. A single glance is enough to fall in love the magnificent outdoor area which has an abundance of plants and flowers including Mediterranean plant, roses, fruit trees, apple trees, pomegranates, grapes, rosemary, Daphne, orange tree, olive trees and fig trees, prickly pearls, jasmine, aloe vera and many more. A hammock among the olive trees is ideal for reading, relaxing or simply enjoying the ambience of your surroundings. An outdoor dining table, under the shadow of an olive tree, is ready to welcome you and your family in unique moments enjoying your morning beverage and taking in the views. You can also enjoy a barbeque in the outdoor dining area under the magnificent stars. Comfortable sun beds welcome you to enjoy the golden Greek sun and offer you comforts to enjoy unique moments of relaxation at any time of the year.
