The space This Clovelly Beach apartment has 2 large bedrooms with built ins, 1 bathroom, open plan living, dining and kitchen and an incredible indoor/outdoor balcony where you can enjoy the stunning views over the ocean and district. Minutes walk to the Clovelly Hotel, local cafes and restaurants and if you’re really lazy, Uber eats will come to your door. Features: Main Bedroom The main bedroom has a queen size bed and built-ins with panoramic picturesque views from your pillow. It’s great to watch the sunrise every morning and the storms roll by over Clovelly Beach. You may struggle getting out of bed. Large glass sliding doors from this room give access to the indoor/outdoor balcony. 2nd Bedroom This room has a double bed and built ins. Look out over the valley and enjoy district views as you fall asleep and wake up. Open Plan Living & Dining Area The gorgeous open-plan living & dining has stunning views over Clovelly Beach and surrounds. Complete with a 4-seater couch with recliner and 8-seater dining room table. It’s unlikely that you’ll ever get bored with the views, however I have Samsung Smart TV, Netflix and HDMI cable & speakers to plug in your devices. As well as unlimited high speed WIFI. Indoor / Outdoor Balcony Sitting on the highest point in Clovelly, the north- eastern facing Indoor / outdoor balcony has a wrap around bar that sparkles with sunlight all day. If you turn your head, you’ll get western and southern views as well. You need to be careful with your time management on this balcony, you might get stuck being mesmerised with ocean and district views! The sliding glass panels allow you to control the cross winds whichever way it blows. Kitchen The fully equipped modern kitchen shares part of the open plan living space. It includes an induction cooktop, a fancy exhaust fan, oven, plate warmer, dishwasher, microwave, juicer, slow cooker, toaster, kettle with complimentary Instant coffee & tea and an extensive spice collection. There’s plenty of crockery, glasses and cutlery for entertaining. You can also watch the sunset over the district from the kitchen window while looking at the ocean in the mirrored splash back and while cooking dinner. Laundry There’s a washing machine complete with laundry detergents, iron and ironing board and drying rack. Bathroom The bathroom has a bath with rainwater shower over head. It is equipped with towels, hair dryer, scales, basic toiletries (soap, shampoo & conditioner), toilet paper and a magnifying mirror for the poor sighted. Long term stays Longer term stays are preferred as the apartment is beautifully furnished and fully equipped with all the creature comforts of home. You’ll find everything you need as soon as you walk in the apartment. Feel free to request a discount for longer stays. Access There’s a lock box to gain entry and exit – preferable check in time is after 12 but we can make arrangements. It’s an easy walk up 2.5 flights of stairs from the security doors to the Ivory Tower.
