The cabin was built to accommodate multiple families and can comfortably sleep up to 14 guests (the capacity which is monitored by a porch camera). Your perfect nature getaway awaits! FREE STARLINK WIFI The space Whether you are looking for a relaxing getaway, business retreat, family reunion or just a chance to experience something beautiful and different, this is the place to come. The cabin was built for entertainment and relaxation and gives you the ability to socialize together, or hide away for a few minutes of personal time. Guest access A beautiful creek adjoins the property. It is small, but sometimes the water runs high. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult when visiting the creek. You will need to enter through a locked gate in order to access the cabin. A key is located on the light post a couple of feet away from the gate. Upon confirmation, we will give you the combination to access the key. Other things to note We can accommodate more than 15 guests if you don't mind sleeping on couches or pads. There will be a $15 per guest, per night fee for over 15 guests. For phone coverage, we have found that Verizon works best, with Sprint in the middle and AT&T with very spotty service. Starlink is now available and is quite fast. Streaming services like Netflix are available. The property is located within a gated community. The speed limit is posted at 10 mph and there are no motorcycles allowed. (ATVs are fine, but not for recreation within the subdivision). There is functioning AC in the cabin, but it is rarely needed. Unfortunately, we are not equipped to handle large church or youth groups or to host large ceremonies. There is a live camera on the porch, which is always connected. There is also a smart speaker inside, which can be turned off.
