Located in the village of Epargnes, a municipality of less than 1000 inhabitants, the house is located in a quiet area, in the center of the village. It has a garden with swimming pool and a summer kitchen with plancha. Close to the Gironde estuary and its charming villages, the seaside resort of Royan (25 km), Saintes and its architectural heritage, discover this house completely restored in 2020. Great for families or groups of friends! The space On the ground floor, a large living space with entrance hall, living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry room on the one hand, as well as a bedroom, shower room and separate toilet on the other. This space is accessible PMR (doors of 90, sink under which an armchair passes, walk-in shower). Upstairs, 4 other bedrooms: a children's dorm and 3 double bedrooms (one with a crib), a bathroom and toilet, as well as a large library and living area. Linens and towels are not provided. The house has a garden with a pool (not heated, open from June to September, equipped with an alarm) and a summer kitchen with plancha. We are part of an environmental approach: compost in the garden, melliferous plants, bird boxes. Guest access In the village, you can walk to the bakery and the post office. You can also explore the surroundings by bike, amid vineyards. The first supermarket is 5 km away (in Cozes). Other things to note No wifi, no TV. We planted melliferous plants and installed bird boxes. Don't be surprised to see that some spaces (further away on the property) remain uncut.
