As soon as you enter the property you are immersed in a suggestive atmosphere of total peace and relaxation, surrounded by the silence and the scent of flowering trees. The Villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden where there are luxuriant plants and flowers, on which there is the swimming pool (7,60x4 mt) that protrudes on a panoramic typical Aeolian terrace, from which you can admire a view of the surrounding countryside, the Port of Lipari, the Fortress that surrounds the ancient city, on the nearby island of Vulcano. On clear days you can even see the Etna volcano on the mainland! There is a large parking area at the entrance to the Villa. The outdoor spaces of the property are furnished with comfortable chairs, tables and chaise-longues to enjoy the magical island landscape at all hours of the day. There is also a portable barbecue and outdoor shower with hot water. Inside, the Villa is furnished with fine Sicilian taste furniture, and with attention to every detail to offer comfort and well-being to its guests. On the ground floor is the large and bright living room with sofas, fireplace (not in use), dining area and fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher). The living room is furnished with ceiling bookcases, antique ceramics and terracotta floors with Sicilian majolica. Two large glass doors connect the living room to the large covered terrace where there is an elegant outdoor lounge and a table with chairs for unforgettable lunches and dinners overlooking the sea. Adjacent to the large living room there is a shared bathroom with bathtub and two en-suite bedrooms. The first room "Nenè" can accommodate up to 4 people; it has a double bed in wrought iron and a French bed with canopy (ideal for 1 adult or 2 children / teenagers), a private bathroom with shower and bathtub, walk-in closet, safe and ceiling fans. From this room there is access to a patio overlooking the mountain side, furnished with table, chairs and benches. The second room "Emma" can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child; it has a double bed and a cot, a bathroom with shower, walk-in closet, safe, air conditioning and ceiling fans. From this room there is access to a covered terrace with a canopy overlooking the sea. A beautiful staircase with Sicilian majolica steps leads to the upper floor where there is the third bedroom "Gemma" with double bed, bathroom with shower, air conditioning and ceiling fans. The strength of this room are the two panoramic terraces, one with a sea view and the other with a mountain view.
