Yes Waterfront !

Yes waterfront location!! 35 min ferry from Auckland. Our downstairs retreat with its own entry is great for 2 adults. We offer you our little piece of paradise, Anzac Bay, Waiheke Island. Here you will wake up to a beautiful, tranquil view of the bay, which continues to change throughout the day into the night. No need for a vehicle - 5 min walk to bus stop, and 5 min walk to Ostend supermarket, cafés, takeaway shops, RSA, speciality shops. We are on a flat section, very rare in Waiheke! The space Please make use of the fale (see photos), 2 person kayak. We have a large grassed area in front to use the bean bags and sun loungers, Freeview TV. Books (you can also take the books away). Continental breakfast (cereals/milk), tea and french coffee press, also a toaster, kettle, small fridge, a microwave, and a BBQ. (supermarket is within walking distance). Bring your own fishing rod to fish on turning tide, from the seat on the bay front right outside our studio. ( Fish are often caught here ). You can obtain bait from the GAS petrol station, 1 min walk away. The guesthouse has no stairs and the section and driveway is completely flat. Plenty of parking if you wish to have your own vehicle. Otherwise, great taxi service, walking distance to the buses. 5 mins from Kennedy Point vehicle ferry terminal and 10 mins from Matiatia passenger terminal. There is a vehicle rental company right by the passenger ferry terminal and also a vehicle rental company in the Ostend shopping area (walking distance). Bikes, eBikes and scooters are also available for hire in Oneroa or at the passenger ferry terminal. This is a non-smoking B&B. We cannot accomodate parties. Check-in is 2pm and check-out is 10am. Guest access You have your own private entry and studio. You can use the lawn in front and the thatched Fale in the garden. During your stay We live in the house above the guesthouse and one of us is usually around. If we are off site we give good instructions about entry and also our contact details if you need anything urgently. We have host assistance on the island..
