Completed in 2019, the main house offers 300m2 of living space with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A beautiful landscaped garden surrounds the house. A secure children's garden with a trampoline and a wooden play area is also available on the lower part of the house. The external entrance of the house opens onto a pleasant garden decorated with a contemporary fountain and a sea view. The entrance parking can accommodate up to four cars. Pedestrian paths on either side of the house lead to the garden and the 200m2 terrace where you can sunbathe by the infinity pool, enjoy the sunset in the summer lounge with a panoramic view of Cap d'Antibes, Esterel, Baou de Saint Jeannet, perched villages, as well as the Southern Alps.
