Once lease is signed, we forward the lease to an eNotary. Before it gets notarised, signatories need to be verified online. Cost to notarize lease contract as required by the building is included in the monthly rent. 3) One (1) ID photo, even a digital copy sent ahead along with the other move in requirements is required by the building upon move in. 4) RFID costs 1,000 PHP per card. Guests staying 29 nights or longer are issued one (1) RFID, free of charge. Requests for extra card, replacement, in case of loss are on guest account. - No parking available in the building neither can we recommend anywhere for you to park. - Guests (max of 2) staying in are required to register at the lobby and will be asked to leave IDs with the reception, in exchange for a visitor pass for assisted entry to and exit from the building. - No pets allowed - No smoking inside the unit - No parties - No illegal activities - NO self check in option. Reception is not authorised to keep keys for guests so kindly advise ahead estimated time of check out and check in for the key. This is so we can make sure the apartment is ready for you. -Check in window between 10 AM to 5 PM with a 2-hour grace period. Check in after 7 PM will incur an overtime charge of 100 PHP/hour. -Check out time before 12 NN. We will allow up to 2-hour grace period beyond the check out time, subject to room availability. Check out after 2 PM will incur an overtime charge of 100 PHP/hour. - Pool use reserved for unit owners and tenants staying for 1 month or longer. - Cleaning can be scheduled once a week. We prefer guests to step out while cleaning is ongoing in the unit. - All utilities are included in the rent. If combined electricity and water consumption for a full month exceeds the equivalent of 6,000 PHP, guest will cover for any excess. This applies for guests staying for more than 1 month or longer. - Daily garbage disposal is a must to prevent the proliferation of ants and other bugs in the room. Garbage must be properly sorted, secured for disposal in the garbage room available on every floors in the building.
