A cosy granny flat ( studio ) with all the basic comforts for self catering, with private entrance in rural surroundings. The town of Smithton is in walking distance. Our family live on the property but you'll enjoy complete privacy. It's a great space for an overnight stopover or short term stay. Also ideal for anyone coming to the area for work purposes.
