The space We offer our guests an exclusive apartment consisting of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a shared space with a kitchenette. The windows overlooking the city will allow you to watch the lively capital. For guests who value peace and quiet is access from the staircase to the patio where among the greenery you can relax on alley benches. This place is spacious, ideal for travelers, families with children and even for organized groups. Guest access The apartment has 3 bedrooms and is air-conditioned. There are, among others, two desks and two TV with over 80 cable channels. In each room there is a large wardrobe. The common space includes a fully equipped kitchenette and a large round table at which, in addition to eating meals, you can play board games with your whole family. A bathroom in warm colors equipped with a toilet, a modern shower, a washbasin, a hair dryer, basic cosmetics for everyday use. An additional toilet was placed in the second room. Other things to note - curfew from 22:00 to 06:00 applies - there is a total ban on organizing events - smoking is strictly forbidden - we do not accept animals - please inform us about your arrival time in advance. Special requests will be made subject to availability and may be subject to an additional charge. - A security deposit of PLN 500 is required upon arrival for pre-authorization on the credit card. It is returned after check-out if there is no damage in the premises. - In connection with changes in VAT regulations (Article 106b of the VAT Act) regarding cash registers and documenting sales of receipts and invoices for receipts, we kindly inform you that from January 1, 2020, if the buyer of the service wants to receive an invoice for a receipt of an entity conducting business is obliged to provide the NIP of the entity on which the invoice is to be issued to the receipt at the time of booking. In the event that the customer fails to provide such information, he will not be able to obtain an invoice for the service receipt issued to the business entity. You will only be able to obtain an invoice for a natural person (no NIP number).
