Pleasant family villa with 4 bedrooms, private pool and spa (optional, let me know when you book). Exterior designed for relaxation. Mosquito nets in each bedroom as well as in the bathroom. Reversible air conditioning. Out of respect for the neighborhood, we do not accept any parties. Only guests with positive reviews will be accepted, following bad experiences. Strictly non-smoking house. Spa not available during the summer (dry season) The space Come and relax in our family villa, ranked 3 stars by Hérault Tourisme, in a very quiet residential area, in Vendres village. You can enjoy a private swimming pool open from mid-May to mid-September (dates may change depending on the weather), as well as a professional-quality indoor spa with a capacity of 5 people (optional, €20 per day, sliding scale from 3 days). The hot tub is not in service during summer season (water restriction). The spa option must be requested when booking, or at the latest 3 days before your arrival. The house has 4 bedrooms with closets (king size head bed and raised legs in the master bedroom, 140 bed in the 2nd bedroom, and 2 single beds in the other 2 bedrooms), 1 beautiful living room with large open kitchen, a shower room, a bathroom, and 2 separate toilets. The house is connected to fiber. Outside you will find a pleasant terrace, some sunbeds to enjoy the sun around the pool, as well as a plancha. The pool is secured with a barrel cover. House ideally located only 8 minutes from the beaches of Valras and Vendres beach. You will also be only 5 minutes from the highway exit, 15 minutes from Beziers, and 25 minutes from Agde. Beziers Cap d 'Agde Airport: 20 minutes. The Spanish border is 1 hours drive. Out of respect for the neighborhood, parties are prohibited. The house is strictly Non-smoking. Linens and towels provided. Cleaning is included in the price paid on site. Check-in possible from 4 p.m., checkout before 10 a.m. Where possible, an early check-in and/or late check-out may be possible, with extra charge. Pricing is updated until September 2026. See you soon! Other things to note We do not have a charging station for electric vehicles. You will need to recharge at a specialized terminal, there are some within 5 minutes. If this is not respected, we will be obliged to charge you an extra €10 per day per car.
