This is one of three guest rooms at the house--this one accommodates up to two guests & is outfitted with a double bed and side desk/chair--with access to a shared bathroom. I provide coffee/tea & all the fixin's. There's a refrigerator in your room so if you'd like to bring some eats in you are welcome to do so. [There are no breakfast items provided.] Guest access You can access the common areas of the house, including living room, dining room, kitchen and backyard with chair seating for catching some sun. During your stay There may be two other sets of guests in the house at any given time. Other things to note Our sunshine state is a big tourist destination; State of Florida occupancy taxes are managed by airbnb and built into your total price; local tourist taxes for Collier County are handled separately--but included in your overall reservation quote.
