My unit is located in Berkshire Tower's TOP floor away from the noise of the residents convening in lower floors and clubhouse. It also has an amazing view of the east providing a perfect backdrop of the city skyline. Perfect for transient executives and small families who would like a quiet place to rest. Situated in the middle of CBDs like Ortigas, Eastwood, and BGC. My abode is comfortably fit only for 2 adults and 1 kid.
