Self-contained annex on a secluded alpaca farm

A bright and airy self-contained annex on a small alpaca farm on the edge of the Cheddar Valley, "The Nannex" comprises kitchen, lounge (with sofa bed) and single bedroom with en-suite bathroom. We have an EV charger and are in a very quiet location at the end of a country lane, which is popular with walkers, riders and cyclists. Note that we are quite remote - over 2 miles from the nearest pub or shop/filling station (and they are not open 24/7), but only 12 miles from Bristol Airport. The space The sofa bed in the lounge is suitable for a couple or two children, but note that access to the shower room and toilet is via the bedroom. There are two steps up to enter The Nannex; apart from that the ground outside and the floor inside are level. We can offer spinning and weaving classes using fibre and yarn from our own alpacas; for more about our alpacas and the products made from them, search for "Blacklands Alpacas". Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the whole of The Nannex - kitchen, lounge, bedroom and shower room. The only entry door from outside is to the kitchen, and guests will have a key to this door. Other things to note Kitchen appliances include a microwave oven, a pair of hotplates, a fridge, a toaster and a kettle (no oven or dishwasher). Four place settings of crockery and cutlery are provided, along with cookware, chopping board, mixing bowls, etc. Our EV charger is a tethered HyperVolt (so Type 2, 7kW) available for guests' use by arrangement. We are in dairy country and occasionally cows are herded along the lane which leads to us; this can make the lane mucky !
