Toscana house: garden San Gimignano view

This was my grandparents' house... here, in one of the rooms, my grandmother gave birth to my father. I'm not offering you a "renovated" house for tourists, but I want to invite you to "live" in what was my grandparents' home, left authentic in many details. You'll be surrounded by nature and tranquility, and you'll be able to appreciate the view of the towers of San Gimignano. The ideal place to spend a holiday in close contact with nature and traditions. You're welcome! The space Guests can enter in a typica country housel, which is accessed from a large porch, is finely furnished and is composed on the ground floor of a kitchen, dining room, living room and a bathroom while on the first floor there are the bedrooms. The entire environment is in typical Tuscan style with exposed bricks and stones and also has an exclusive courtyard partly paved and equipped with a wooden pergola where you can have lunch or enjoy the tranquility of the place. You can also park your car freely in front of the apartment. THE HEATING IS WITH PELLETS FOR A RESPECT OF THE ENVIRONMENT IN THE USE OF AN ECOLOGICAL FUEL. YOU WILL FIND THE TANK FULL OF PELLETS AND THEN YOU WILL BE SUPPLIED WITH MORE PELLETS THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO INSERT IN THE STOVE WHEN THE INITIAL ONE IS FINISHED. FROM JUNE TO SEPTEMBER THE ROOMS WILL BE EQUIPPED WITH AIR CONDITIONING. THE KITCHEN IS EQUIPPED WITH AN INDUCTION HOB AND AN ELECTRIC OVEN. THE TOURIST TAX OF EURO 2.50 PER PERSON PER NIGHT FOR A MAXIMUM OF 5 NIGHTS IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE AND MUST BE PAID AT CHECK OUT IN CASH. Guest access You can use the paved area in front of the house and the green space with sun loungers and a table, as well as walk along the path leading to the gate. The entire property is fenced, making it safe for your pets. Other things to note The house's location is ideal for relaxation, yet not isolated, just 200 meters from the main road leading to San Gimignano. It's an ideal starting point for visiting Siena, Monteriggioni, Volterra, Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Montalcino, and Montepulciano. Horseback riding in the surrounding countryside is possible thanks to the nearby riding stables. Or, rent a bicycle or Vespa for a ride in the countryside. Here are the Tuscan cities you can easily reach by car: Siena (40 km), Florence (50 km), Pisa (85 km), Volterra (35 km), Certaldo (10 km), Monteriggioni (25 km), Montalcino and Montepulciano (80 km). IF YOU DON'T WANT TO USE YOUR CAR TO VISIT THE CITIES, you can park your car near the train and bus stations and reach Florence, Siena, and Pisa conveniently by train or bus. The house's heating is eco-friendly and has a low environmental impact: pellet heating is included in the price of your stay. You'll find a full load of pellets in the boiler upon your arrival, and then you simply need to refill the recently installed boiler yourself with more pellets, which you'll find available.
