The entire space is yours except for a small out of the way owners closet. We ask that you refrain from accessing the outdoor cameras or pool equipment, and please never unplug the internet or any internet booster plugs - the cameras are hardwired and do not require internet, but the internet being unplugged will stop the door locks and pool heater from fully functioning. -Cameras are standard on all surrounding homes and are only outside and are security cameras for security purposes as vacation homes do become vacant throughout the year. Other things to note Beach gear provided including beach towels for 16, chairs for 16, 3 umbrellas, 2 tents, a number of boogie boards and skim boards, wagons, toys, etc. Condition and number of items cannot be guaranteed. Please keep them in the garage with the door closed when not using since the salt air is corrosive to beach gear. Free parking for up to 5 vehicles including a secure garage with EV charger plus pay parking (if you are bringing a boat etc.) across the street at your own risk (I can’t guarantee it, but you can call them and work it out). Cribs are pack n plays, just bring pack n play sheets. There are two pack n’ plays total and several baby gates, two highchairs, and a baby bath. Starter supplies provided. Home is cleaned before and after your stay. If you’d like a mid-stay clean, that can be arranged for a fee. You are welcome to drop off luggage inside the garage or hire a concierge service to drop off groceries. Another great option is to order grocery delivery. As long as my cleaning team is there when groceries are dropped off, they will put it away for free! Just let me know in advance!
