Parking for one car in front of cottage. One mile walk into central Bath and lovely local scenic country walks. Small park with children’s playground, NISA grocery shop 2 mins walk away. Ultra high speed WiFi. The space Warm and comfortable, bathrooms with heated towel rails and underfloor heating, local shop and deli(open Mon-Fri), regular buses or scenic stroll past National Trust Prior Park into central Bath. No outside space except parking but small park at end of lane and beautiful countryside and walks close by. Easy driving distance to Bradford on Avon, Frome, Wells, Salisbury, Stonehenge and Bristol. Guest access All areas. The cottage is a separate dwelling but no outside space except parking. Other things to note The lane is fairly narrow and the parking space is fine for a medium size car. but not a very large car. Space is available for a larger car or two cars when agreed in advance. It is a quiet residential area and not suitable for parties or noise. Not suitable for toddlers and small children as no door to stairs. No problem for small non walking babies. No pets allowed. Not suitable for charging electric cars.
