The space The apartment was completed in December 2019, which means everything is new including a massage chair. This includes a brand new kitchen fully stocked with new appliances, fridge, microwave, cook top, cutlery, crockery, knives etc. The bathroom is warm and spacious with full size bath and shower that includes climate controls and drying room functionality. The toilet/washroom has a brand new state of the art Panasonic toilet with heated seat, auto flush, bidet and shower function as well as a control panel to operate and make adjustments to temperatures and pressure. The laundry has a brand new washer/dryer to help you quickly and effortlessly wash and dry your clothes (you can also hang your clothes in the drying room if you prefer not to tumble dry). The bedrooms have brand new, quality king single beds that can be setup as single beds or as king size beds. Let us know what you would like and we can make it happen for you. Options are 4 single beds/1 king size bed & 2 singles/2 king size beds + sofabed for 5th person. All bedding is brand new and good quality. Bedrooms have large built in wardrobes with drawers, hangers and space for luggage. The living room is comfortable and spacious with a brand new 3 seater sofa and arm chair, massage chair, coffee table, 50 inch internet TV with Netflix, Youtube etc. Games to play (Jenga, cards, others). There is a cloak room/storage area near the entrance where you can hang your coats and leave your skis/snowboards etc. Well insulated making it warm in winter and cool in summer. Brand new electric heating and air conditioning. Parking available for up to 3 cars (no additional cost). Wifi. We care greatly about the health and safety of our guests. The apartment is thoroughly sanitized before arrival using ethanol sanitizer and highly concentrated hypochlorous acid water, and sanitizer is readily available within the apartment during your stay. The apartment has a Daikin PM 2.5 air cleaner and a robot vacuum cleaner to keep the apartment as clean as possible during your stay. During the warmer months we are providing washable blankets instead of duvets, and have taken steps in the kitchen for increased safety such as providing packed salt & pepper. Guest access The entire apartment is for rent. You will have your own front door, cloak/storage, living/dining, kitchen, laundry, bathroom with large sink and mirror, shower and bath, toilet and 2 bedrooms with king size or single beds. The host lives on the 2nd floor. Other things to note Kitchen and lounge area is right next to the entrance. Since the apartment is located in residential/vacation holiday property area, please do not make loud noise after 10PM. - If you come by car or taxi, please refer to the Transportation.pdf sent after booking, not the address on Airbnb. *The standard check-in time is 16:00, but early check-in is possible depending on the cleaning situation.
