I offer you a clean and modern room in a typical Béarn house with a lot of charm, parking, terrace and small garden. Prechacq Josbaig is a quiet village surrounded by waterways (beach by the Gave 3 km away) and hiking trails (St Jacques Trail). 14 km from Oloron Sainte Marie and the gates of the Basque Country. Ideal for discovering the Béarn, the Basque Country, the mountains (ski resorts) and access to Spain and/or the ocean beaches 1 hr/1 hr 30 min away. The space The room I offer is completely renovated and is located on the 1st floor of a typical Béarn house with its central staircase, wooden floors and exposed beams... At the entrance to the village, you will find a bakery, a grocery store with local products, a pharmacy and a hairdresser Guests can use the wifi for free I accept pets if they are sociable and well-behaved Guest access You will have access to a private room with a lock you can park your vehicle in the yard you will share the rest of the house with me or other guests (kitchen, bathroom, living room, terrace, parking...) but also kitchen utensils, herbs During your stay I will be happy to discuss, suggest activities, places, walks but I will not be offended if you prefer solitude, tranquility or independence I can also free up the entire house to give you more sleeping space (up to 13 possible beds) Other things to note The thick stone walls keep the house cool.
