Brightly decorated, immaculate and fun Beach House. Fantastic location at east end of 30A Loop with walking/bicycling distance to 30Avenue shopping/dining and close to the beach. Neighborhood private swimming pool is right across the street. Includes 2 bicycles which is a fun activity in that area. Minimum 2 week renting agreement. The space House is fairly new and well taken care of. Mostly used personally and family guests. Guest access We welcome guests to be comfortable in the entire house.
