The outdoor lounge space is unlimited and perfect for summer BBQs! The main floor has a private master bedroom with full bath, common area half bath, large living area open to the kitchen and backyard. Upstairs you will find two large bedrooms with a shared full bathroom. The finished basement is a perfect play area for small children and complete with full bathroom, two twin beds, and futon for additional sleeping accommodations. Laundry room with washer and dryer can also be found in the basement. From the home, downtown Sag Harbor is a 12 minute drive, 7 minute driving to EH village, 11 minute drive to East Hampton Main Beach, 25 minute drive to Montauk.
