Ideal with car to explore both sides of the Rhein river and go to exhibitions and conferences in Mannheim or Heidelberg. 5 minutes by car to Mannheim, 20 minutes by car to Heidelberg using the direct ferry connection. 20 minutes by car to Speyer and the Palatinate. Within walking distance are Lidl, Edeka with a bakery and butcher shop, post office, pharmacy, doctors, restaurants, etc. The space Very well-equipped holiday apartment in a half-timbered house near the Rhine. The house has charm, the apartment is functional and modern. Quick connections to Mannheim, Heidelberg, Ludwigshafen, Speyer and the Weinpfalz. It offers space for a maximum of 4 people. (see image descriptions) Parking The guest can park in the yard directly in front of the entrance door (own responsibility and liability). Key safe: The guest can check in easily at any time using the key safe. The apartment offers all the amenities of a well-equipped holiday apartment on approx. 60 square meters. Kitchen (20 m2) Studio (30 m2) Hallway and bathroom The apartment: You will find an inviting apartment in a half-timbered house. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the beautiful Rhine meadows and the popular car-free cycle paths. Altrip offers a variety of leisure activities. The ferry is only 2 minutes away and connects Altrip with the Rhine Neckar metropolitan region, the Mannheim and Heidelberg sides. The apartment is accessible with three steps. It has a separate entrance Heating and air conditioning via heat pump. The new kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, pots, etc. In this spacious, bright kitchen you will find good equipment to have fun conjuring up something of your own on the table. Four people can sit comfortably at the dining table. The windows facing the street capture the rising sun in the east. A two-seater bench offers additional seating. Hallway and bathroom: In the hallway there are two large cupboards and a drawer cupboard. Here you can store your suitcases and clothes as well as use a drawer cabinet. The small but nice bathroom is well equipped with a bathtub (shower enclosure), toilet, sink and mirror cabinet. Lounge/Bedroom studio This has a good basic furniture outfit and comfortable sleeping accommodations for a maximum of 2 adult people (see photos). Sleeping options The bed consists of two separate single beds measuring 80 x 200 cm. When put together they offer a 'king size' bed measuring 160 x 200 cm. An extra sofa can be used as a single bed or a double bed. In the kitchen is also a very compfy couch bed, Guests: The apartment is ideal for couples, solo traveler's, business people and parents with children. Parking space for bikes: Bicycles etc. can be parked safely and sheltered in the yard , E-bike loading socket outside available. Amenities for guests You can access the flat via key safe trough your own entrance and the ability to park your car directly in the yard in front of the door. You are very welcome! Guest access You have your own apartment with a separate entrance and the option to park your car in the yard right in front of your door. You can travel and arrive relaxed to check in at any time using the key safe. We will send instructions for opening the gate and the key safe shortly before arrival.
