In light of COVID-19 we at Hill Top Flat are committed to the following hygienic procedures before and after each stay; wiping down all hard surfaces with bleach, including door knobs, hard chairs, TV remote, window locks, light switches. Sheets and comforter covers are washed in hot water and floors are moped. Hand sanitizer will be available for use in the flat. Please see below for a description of the space. The space Bright, fresh, clean and sunny, our hill top flat is steps from coffee shops, signature restaurants, grocery stores, banks, pharmacies, yoga, parks, spas, boutiques, stunning public view lookouts, and a farmer's market. We boast minutes to downtown; the space needle, Pike Place Market, the water front, Amazon and the Gates foundation.
