The popular main beach of Las Cucharas is less than a minutes walk away. A car is not essential for stays at this holiday villa, as all the amenities you will need are within walking distance. If you would like to explore the island then hiring a car is ideal and we can help you with information for this. This private villa, which sleeps up to 4 adults, has been furnished to a high standard in a simple, contemporary style to give it a light and airy feel. It comprises a spacious, open-plan, fully equipped kitchen/diner, three steps lead into the lounge area, which opens out onto the solar-heated plunge pool with wooden deck surround. Stairs take you up to the walled roof terrace, where there is a BBQ and al-fresco dining area, as well as sun-loungers from which to enjoy the superb sea view. The kitchen includes a large fridge, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, all necessary small appliances and a separate utility area with washing machine. On the ground floor is the first bedroom, with two single beds, and a large bathroom with corner bath and double sinks. The master bedroom with en-suite shower-room is on the first floor. The WiFi is provided free for you to use at the villa. While the villa does not have air conditioning or central heating, fans or electric heaters are available on request to ensure your comfort year-round. This is a self-catering property with easy self check-in via a secure key box. Just a short stroll from the villa, the new Nua Shopping Centre is taking shape on the beachfront at Playa Las Cucharas. Soon to feature an enticing mix of restaurants, bars, and boutique shops, it’s set to bring even more buzz and variety to Costa Teguise.
