This family farm is a beautiful, rustic retreat located on 28 acres in Hellam, PA. It is an ideal place for individuals or families looking to unplug and connect with nature. Guest access Attic, basement, and outside basement entrance porch are for owners' use only. Other things to note An approximate e.t.a. (or even just morning, afternoon, or evening) must be established. - The stone driveway is rather long, hilly, and winding. If there is a forecast for ice or snow, and depending on what type of car you have, you may want to park at the beginning of the driveway lane. - Outside security cameras are on the property. - NO smoking on the property. - At the current time, Comcast internet is not available at our location. - The bedrooms and bathroom are located on the second floor. The stairs steps are typical farmhouse steps (relatively narrow).
