Pleasant room in the moshav

An old house, small, modest and pleasant in the moshav. In warm vintage design. Since we are new here, the price is offered to the first three who will ask to rent the room. Then it is expected to rise. The space The bedroom is not large, has a double bed and is next to the toilet. The bathroom is old and not pretty but clean and tidy. Guest access We live in the house and guests are welcome to use the kitchen and the living room when possible, provided they leave everything neat and clean. Other things to note There is a nice cat in the house, so it is not suitable for those with cat allergy.
